We are excited to share our ongoing project, Cultural Fusion: A Cinematic Journey Across Borders, uniting students and teachers from Greece, Portugal, Spain, Poland, and Italy in a creative and collaborative experience. This initiative is part of our broader efforts within the Cultural Heritage Art and Innovation in Education Consortium (CHAIN), blending both eTwinning activities and in-person student and teacher mobilities.
The project invites students from the participating countries to explore their local cultural heritage and work together to create collaborative films that combine elements from each culture. Through these cinematic stories, students develop cross-cultural understanding, creativity, and communication skills, while learning how to express themselves using digital media and storytelling techniques.
Beyond the online exchanges of eTwinning, students and teachers also participate in physical mobility experiences, visiting each other’s schools and communities. These rich interactions allow them to see cultural practices and traditions firsthand, share creative ideas, and build friendships that transcend borders.
Cultural Fusion celebrates the beauty of cultural diversity, empowers students as storytellers and digital creators, and strengthens bonds across Europe. We look forward to sharing the final films and the powerful stories our students have crafted together!
