We want to build strong relationships with schools that share our vision, creating a chain of educators and students that learn through the exploration of our common cultural heritage with innovative tools.


About us
Our consortium consists of 3 Primary schools in Florina, northern Greece with a total of 360 students aged 6-12 years old. Head of our consortium is the 5th Primary School of Florina “Theodoros Kastanos” and the other two participating organizations are the Experimental Primary School of Florina and the Primary School of Ydrousa.

Erasmus+ Accreditation
We have been awarded an Erasmus+ accreditation (2021-1-EL01-KA120-SCH-000051589). For the school year 2022-2023 we have an approved plan that includes short-term student exchanges and job shadowing activities (2022-1-EL01-KA121-SCH-000063624)

Give our students the chance to learn together with their peers from another country in structured activities.

Give our teachers the chance to learn new practices and gather new ideas through observation and interaction with peers.

eTwinning online projects
Give our students and teachers the chance to collaborate online with peers from other countries on specific projects.

Cultural heritage
Explore customs, beliefs, ceremonies, traditions, arts, crafts, foods, that influence culture, behavior, history.

Art
Create artifacts with imagination and skill in ways that expresses important ideas or feelings and can connect us.

Innovation
Explore and design new innovative ways of teaching, learning and collaborating between our schools.

ReFashion!
Create a virtual student fashion company that aims at sustainability, technology and art. Project with two schools from Barcelona that entails student group mobilities, job-shadowing and eTwinning.

Art is everywhere!
Design and implement educational materials and methods that explore how technology can be innovative in art exhibitions, and outdoor art activities. Working with a school at Sepolno Krajenske.

Our Europe
Focusing on our common cultural heritage through and eTwinning project with two schools in Austria and job shadowing activities for our teachers. The project is designed for young students and teachers of the lower classes.

Practical STEAM
Exploring ways to implement STEAM Methodology inside and outside the classroom in meaningfull contexts. A job-shadowing project with two Spanish schools from Seville and Huelva.

5th Primary School of Florina "Theodoros Kastanos"
The head school of our consortium is a typical primary school with 200 students that emphasizes in art, cultural heritage, inclusion.

Experimental Primary School of Florina
We serve 130 students and we emphasize on STEAM, Educational Robotics, Design and Computational Thinking.

Primary School of Ydrousa Florina
We are a small rural school serving seven villages in the region of Florina. We emphasize on the environment, inclusion and sustainability.

Visit Ydrousa
Students and teachers from the visiting school of Sepolno Krajenskie arrived at the Primary School of Ydrousa. After a warm welcome, they attended a presentation of local dances by a local cultural group. They visited local vineyards and watched the process of harvesting.
